Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for services provided by EBRON ESSENTIALS LLC.
Service-Based Refund Conditions
Our services are professional, time-based engagements. Fees correspond to strategy, planning, execution, media management, content production, and reporting work performed by our team.
Refund requests will be considered where work has not yet commenced, or where there is a documented failure to deliver an agreed milestone within the terms of the engagement, subject to the conditions below.
Limitations
Fees corresponding to work already performed, hours invoiced, third-party costs (including but not limited to advertising spend, software licenses, and platform fees), and non-refundable retainers are not eligible for refund.
Marketing performance is influenced by factors outside our control. Refunds will not be issued solely on the basis of campaign results, market conditions, or business outcomes.
Requesting a Refund
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to support@ebronessentials.com with the engagement reference and a description of the basis for the request. Requests will be reviewed in line with the engagement agreement and this policy.
Dispute Resolution
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute related to fees or refunds through good-faith discussion. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be addressed in accordance with the governing law and dispute provisions set out in our Terms & Conditions.
